How do Travel Agents get paid?
Most suppliers (ie. Disney, Royal Caribbean, etc.) pay us to provide you with customized, on call service. You pay the same
price as if you were to book with the supplier directly, but you gain us as your personal expert to help with your trip planning.
Will I lose control over my trip plans?
Absolutely not...unless you want to. We get involved in the details of your trip plans as little or as much as you'd like.
Some clients want us to handle it all. For others, we coach them through each step in planning.
Do you charge fees for planning vacations?
Short answer: Not always as most suppliers take great care of us, but there are situations where a fee is sensible.
Long answer: Some plans require more time (ex. hard to get reservations), unique experiences, multiple destinations, etc.
Your Blue Crab Travel Advisor will discuss plans & any applicable fees before moving forward so there are no surprises.
